By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms below.
Orders for in-stock items are processed within:
1–3 business days
These require additional time. Production & delivery estimates are provided individually.
Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
Delivery times depend on your location, courier availability, and customs procedures.
Courier delivery: 1–3 business days after dispatch
Remote areas: additional time may apply
Standard international shipping: 4–10 business days
Express shipping (if available): 2–5 business days
Standard: 7–21 business days
Express: 3–7 business days
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
Delays may occur due to customs, weather, strikes, or courier issues.
Shipping costs depend on:
destination country
weight & size of the package
shipping method selected
insurance (optional or required for high-value items)
Final shipping costs are shown at checkout before payment.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive:
a Shipping Confirmation Email
a tracking number
a link to track your parcel online
Tracking may take 24–48 hours to activate depending on the courier.
All jewellery is shipped in:
protective jewellery boxes
sealed packaging
bubble-wrapped envelopes or reinforced boxes
with optional gift wrapping (if offered)
We ensure every item is safely packaged to arrive in perfect condition.
For international orders:
Customs fees, import duties, VAT, and taxes may apply.
These charges are determined by your country’s customs authorities.
The buyer is responsible for any additional charges.
We cannot estimate or control customs fees.
If the customer refuses delivery due to customs charges, no refund will be issued.
If a parcel is lost by the courier, we will assist in filing a claim.
Refunds or replacements may be offered depending on the case.
We are not responsible for courier delays, customs delays, or force majeure events.
If your parcel arrives damaged:
Contact us within 48 hours
Provide photos of:
the damaged item
the packaging
the shipping box
We will offer a replacement, repair, or refund depending on the situation.
Please ensure your address details are correct.
We are not responsible for:
failed deliveries due to incorrect address,
unclaimed packages,
returned packages because the courier could not reach the recipient.
If the parcel is returned to us:
We can resend it (shipping charges apply), or
Refund the item price (excluding shipping).
Custom-made items cannot be refunded for incorrect addresses.
If you place multiple orders within a short time, we may combine them into one shipment to reduce packaging waste and shipping cost.
