If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, this Refund & Returns Policy explains your rights and options.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return for eligible items within 14 days from the date you received your order, in accordance with EU consumer protection law.
To qualify for a return, items must be:
Unused and unworn
In their original condition
In their original packaging (box, pouch, certificates)
Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Returned items that show signs of wear, damage, modification, or improper handling cannot be accepted.
2. Items That Cannot Be Returned
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
• Custom-made or personalized jewellery
(including engraved items, bespoke pieces, or items modified at your request)
• Made-to-order items
crafted specifically for your purchase
• 3D modeling / digital design services
(delivered files or completed design work cannot be refunded)
• Earrings
For hygiene and health reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
• Gift cards
(non-refundable, non-exchangeable)

3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from your order:
Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package.
Include clear photos of:
the item,
the packaging,
and the shipping box.
We will assess the issue and offer:
a replacement,
a repair,
or a full refund (including shipping), depending on the case.
Items damaged by misuse, accidents, or improper care are not eligible for refund.
4. How to Request a Return
To start a return request:

Include your order number and reason for return
Wait for our Return Authorization Confirmation (RMA)
Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
5. Shipping Costs for Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the fault is ours.
We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method.
We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
6. Refund Process
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days
Refunds are issued to the original payment method only
Bank processing times may vary depending on your financial institution
If rejected:
The item will be returned to you at your expense
No refund will be issued
7. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you want a different item:
Return your eligible item for a refund
Place a new order through the e-shop
Custom-made items are not eligible for exchange.
8. Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, provided they have not been shipped or entered production.
Custom-made items:
If production has already begun, cancellations are not possible.
9. Warranty / Repairs
We offer repair services for our jewellery.
Repairs due to manufacturing defects are free within the first 6 months.
Repairs due to damage, misuse, or normal wear may incur a fee.
A cost estimate will be sent before any work begins.
